9:15pm-10:30pm Practica (practice and music), followed by Zouk music

Class: 8:15pm-9:15pm (promptly)
Practica/practice: 9:15pm-9:30pm
Zouk Social Music: 9:30pm-10:30pm or later
( Jenn Mixx & some select sets vary sent by LambaZouk professional DJ friends to support our scene’s growth.)

(Walk straight down the alleyway when you see the sign for Lot 84, for 222 York Street. It’s the door up the 3 concrete steps when the alleyway turns left. Street parking available. Check parking meters, as some are free after 8pm.)

Open Level:
For four weeks, we will cover Brazilian Zouk basics & fundamentals modified with some variations, special topics, technique, body mechanics, alignment, sequence & pattern, timing, and other concepts to explore and practice to support growth, fun, and to keep us moving.

Teacher assistant will also help support, encourage, and guide during class rotation.

Private lessons are available to schedule on Sundays & Tuesdays at Ballroom Danceport in Milford, CT

Class Price individual & packages are available.
